Is Plant Mood free?

Yes — the calculators, harvest calendar, light simulator, nutrient mixer, profit calculator, and farm layout designer are free on the public site. Farm Manager (batches, orders, inventory, finances, labels, shop, and related features) uses the Free, Standard, and Pro plans on the pricing page.

Who is Plant Mood for?

Microgreen and hydroponic growers who want to plan layout and economics before spending on hardware, and teams who need batch tracking, orders, and a customer-facing shop as they scale.

Do I need sensors to use Plant Mood?

No. Tools and Farm Manager work without any hardware. Our public Cycles page shows live data from our own tower in Belgium as a reference — you do not need sensors to use the calculators or manager.

Where is Plant Mood based?

Plant Mood is built for Belgium and temperate Europe first (electricity defaults, guides, and blog focus). The living-lab tower behind the public Cycles charts is operated by the Plant Mood team in Belgium.

How do free tools relate to Farm Manager?

Use free tools to size light, nutrients, harvest timing, and profit, and the farm designer to draft a layout. Import or recreate that layout in Farm Manager to run recipes, batches, inventory, orders, and finances day to day.
